Design documents are an instructional designer's “bread and butter.” I have developed my own custom documents for every step of the end-to-end process for designing and developing training materials and programs.
I have used these tools for my own individual projects as well as to set the standard for training departments and groups at numerous organizations.

Course review change log (excerpt)
Description: I created this course review change log template in collaboration with colleagues to enable our team to track review changes for eLearning courses required after SME and stakeholder reviews.
