Description: A new eLearning course designed for a Gas and Electric Utility Company to replace an existing PowerPoint course for employees to ensure they receive updated Company guidance.


The unique "dual-purpose" design strategy I created to meet company needs enables it to be delivered in two ways: as self-directed eLearning or by an instructor (using it as a presentation tool).

Description: An eLearning course I created for a Gas and Electric Utility Company to close a performance gap for its Utility Electric Line Troubleshooter employees around the use and submittal of required environmental compliance documentation.


As with the example above, its dual-purpose design means it can be delivered in two ways: as self-directed eLearning or by an instructor.

Description: A short animated video I designed to help the Talent Acquisition department of a national Electrical Engineering and Construction Company promote its new employee referral program to internal employees.

This is an animated version of the scenario that I created for a prototype eLearning version of that same ILT course.
